Participants will receive an invoice after a successful registration. The fee is due 14 days after invoice for payment. If you register any later than 60 days before the start of the event the payment is due within 7 days. If the fee is not paid in time, the organizer reserves the right to reallocate the reservation. Participation in the conference is in any case only possible if the fee is paid in full before the event.

 

The fees for the conference are exclusive of the local VAT (currently 19%). Due to German tax laws, with the venue of the conference being in Germany, it is taxed based on this VAT rate. This applies to both EU and non-EU participants. Tax exemption is not possible. The invoice includes the VAT charged.

 

The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event or change the program of the event at short notice. In the case of a postponement of the event all registrations remain valid. Should the conference be cancelled, all fees are fully refunded. Further or additional liabilities are excluded.

 

Parts of the conference will be recorded on video and pictures will be taken, both of which might be made available to participants and/ or third parties. By registering you agree with the recording and the publication.
